Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with mental illness.
• Conduct crisis intervention and behavioral management techniques.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and other social service providers.
• Utilize local community resources and services to support client needs.
• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately.

Requirements

• Must be registered with the Licensing Board as a QMHP-A/T/C.
• Master's degree in a human services field or special education preferred; Bachelor's degree acceptable.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a relevant field.
• General knowledge of client development and family dysfunction factors.
• Skills in effective listening and communication, both orally and in writing.
