About the position

The QSR Superintendent will serve as the primary site leader overseeing all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers for projects in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector. This role is crucial for establishing project plans, managing job site operations, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of services while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plan and maintain weekly progress updates.
• Manage and coordinate all job site operations.
• Oversee labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives for compliance.
• Enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program.
• Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
• Manage accurate invoice payment processes and financial management of project costs.
• Resolve day-to-day field issues.
• Prepare daily reports detailing manpower and significant activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent.
• Experience with QSR projects and fast food restaurants.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
