About the position

Quad's Corporate Trainee Program is designed to accelerate the careers of recent graduates by providing immersive experiences that build project management, business acumen, and foundational leadership skills. Over a period of 2-3 years, Trainees will participate in six-month rotations across various business functions, gaining deep insights into the industry and Quad's operations, ultimately preparing them for impactful roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in immersive, six-month rotations across key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Finance, Creative Operations, and Legal.
  • Manage projects and make strategic contributions during each rotation.
  • Engage with real-world challenges and apply knowledge and skills to solve problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Build a strong foundation in leadership skills, learning to influence others and manage projects effectively.
  • Interact with and learn from top executives through mentorship and networking events.

Requirements

  • Recent completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Willingness to relocate to different Quad sites within the U.S. for six months or more.
  • Strong interest in gaining a broad understanding of business operations.
  • Legal right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.

  • A proactive mindset and a drive to solve challenges creatively.
  • Basic understanding of key business functions such as marketing, finance, and data analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Graphic Communications, Marketing, Communications, or Packaging.
