About the position

The Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II (QBHP) at Arisa Health is responsible for delivering comprehensive mental health services to individuals as outlined in their treatment plans. This role involves working with both children and adults in a 24-hour facility, providing behavioral assistance, crisis stabilization, and life skills development, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide services to persons with mental illness as defined by the treatment plan, including behavioral assistance and crisis stabilization.
  • Serve as the logistics lead person, scheduling and organizing work under the direction of the administrative or clinical manager.
  • Provide instruction and feedback to others as identified by the administrative manager.
  • Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate client progress to the team.
  • Provide timely and quality documentation of clinical services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 2-5 years in a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work as part of a treatment team.
