About the position

The Qualitative Field Project Manager at MarketVision Research is responsible for leading and managing qualitative marketing research projects from proposal to data collection. This role emphasizes collaboration, relationship building, and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the success of each project through effective communication and management of various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and collaborate with internal research team members, clients, and vendor partners to design and orchestrate qualitative marketing research projects.
  • Lead and guide bidding processes for projects.
  • Develop screeners and manage daily recruitment and research details.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, facilities, service providers, moderators, translators, and recruitment agencies.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle from proposal through data collection.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related field.
  • Experience in qualitative field project management is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated analytical approach to problem identification and creativity in solution identification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience in leading and developing others.
