About the position

The Quality Acceptance Analyst will play a crucial role in the implementation of the new eSubmittal application for dealerships, working closely with the eSubmittal technical team and the DMV. This position is designed for a versatile individual who can adapt to various tasks and responsibilities, making them a jack of all trades in the project. The primary focus will be on testing the eSubmittal application, ensuring that it meets the necessary quality standards before it is rolled out to users. In this role, the analyst will be responsible for onboarding new eSubmission dealerships, providing them with the necessary training and support to effectively use the application. They will also facilitate dealer implementation communication and guidance, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process. Additionally, the analyst will provide first-level help desk support to address any immediate concerns or questions from users. The Quality Acceptance Analyst will also contribute to the development of training materials and documentation for the eSubmittal application, ensuring that all resources are up-to-date and accessible for users. This includes creating and modifying documentation related to the applications being tested, as well as developing a comprehensive testing plan that encompasses both positive and negative path testing. The analyst will be expected to utilize their analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continual process improvement and enhance the overall user experience with the eSubmittal application.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onboarding to new eSubmission Dealerships
  • Provide dealer implementation communication and guidance
  • Provide first level help desk support
  • Provide additional application testing
  • Help develop eSubmittal training material and documentation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a relevant field
  • Basic understanding of technical IT issues to enable discussions with internal technical specialists
  • Ability to drive tactical planning for Dealer eSubmittal implementation
  • High-level organizational ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with a team on continual process improvement
  • Strong organization and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Understanding of business processes to create testing plans
  • Ability to write and modify documentation related to applications being tested

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Angular, .Net Core, and .Net MVC
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies such as Unit testing, Integration testing, System testing, and Acceptance testing
  • Ability to write scripts in JavaScript or C# for testing purposes
