About The Position

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership experience or training in team building and change management.
• Technical experience or training on complex military programs and products.
• Experience with the application of industry quality system standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of QSS, AutoTime, SFM, QADS.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct action required to locate, inspect, and document material, components, and aircraft with known nonconformance.
• Define the full scope of nonconformance and coordinate with stakeholders to determine necessary actions.
• Create and release applicable survey documents or minor variances and notify the sustainment team of any escapes that migrate to the field.
• Lead the quality team's product compliance surveillance by creating and executing an audit plan.
• Compile and brief audit results to senior operations leadership weekly.
