About the position

The position is focused on retrieving, analyzing, and displaying data for compliance and quality improvement activities within the healthcare sector. The role involves using both concurrent and retrospective record reviews to ensure accurate data collection and reporting. The individual will collaborate with medical staff to establish, update, and revise criteria for data collection, implement and coordinate process improvement activities, and work towards effecting change in the organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of healthcare experience required.
  • At least 2 years of health data collection preferred.
