About the position

The Quality Analyst at Swire Coca-Cola is responsible for ensuring the consistency and high quality of data across various platforms, including LEO and CONA SAP. This role involves conducting thorough data reviews, validating data creation and modifications, and managing correction processes to maintain data standards. The Quality Analyst will also generate reports assessing data quality and collaborate with stakeholders to document data standards and implement governance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document Data Standards.
  • Analyze data from various sources and across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on data quality issues and process flow problems.
  • Implement data cleaning activities.
  • Maintain data integrity processes, including governance control table maintenance by making tools/reporting (i.e. Excel, Power BI).
  • Set up and deploy data quality monitoring and handling routines.
  • Help in developing and implementing data management/governance policies and procedures.
  • Share findings, insights, and recommendations with key business stakeholders and leadership.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar related field, or equivalent education and experience required.
  • 2+ years of demonstrated work experience in business intelligence, data reporting, and analysis required.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis or similar data quality experience (in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, PowerBI, Tableau, SAP or other data visualization tools.
  • Excel knowledge (daily usage of pivot tables, v-lookups, index match functions, etc.).
  • Ability to identify and explain data anomalies.
  • Self-directed style and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Agile and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities with a results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for maintaining data integrity & adherence to standards.
