About the position
The Quality Analyst will provide essential support services for the Armament Center DREN Network at Picatinny Arsenal, focusing on network maintenance, performance optimization, compliance reporting, incident response, and security surveillance. This role is critical in ensuring high service standards and user satisfaction through effective quality control measures and user feedback integration.
Responsibilities
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest service standards
- Regularly assess and improve service delivery based on user feedback and technological advancements
- Provide a helpdesk for user inquiries and technical issues
- Resolve connectivity, access, and usage problems
- Collect user feedback to improve network services
- Address user concerns and suggestions in a timely manner
- Maintain license management, including administration, patches, updates, and scheduling installations
- Interact effectively with a diverse user population including administrative personnel, scientists, and engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 4 years of experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience
- 4-6 years of experience in developing and implementing quality programs such as verification and validation, configuration management, ISO certification, total quality management, quality assurance (QA), QC, and continuous improvement
- 4-6 years of experience in coordinating with program/project managers to ensure problem resolution and user satisfaction
- Experience in performing analysis of business processes and tracking data to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Experience in developing reports to recommend changes for process improvement and trend analysis of program issues
- Minimum of Secret (S) clearance.
