About the position

As a Fisher Investments Review Associate, you will be at the core of our daily correspondence, quickly building a network across the firm. This role provides direct visibility to all departments at Fisher Investments, as you assist our internal partners in crafting professional and accurate correspondence to our clients. The Fisher Investments Review Team is dedicated to ensuring the quality, security, and privacy of all outbound correspondence. In this role, you will provide unparalleled service by collaborating with managers throughout the firm to mitigate risks to both the business and our clients. As a Review Associate, you will report directly to your manager, who will support your professional development. On a day-to-day basis, you will work with client-facing employees across all departments and countries to ensure that all external email communication is compliant, accurate, and professional. You will be responsible for learning and staying up to date with national and international regulatory requirements, working with managers to recognize and mitigate risks, reviewing and summarizing client responses for senior management to measure client sentiment, and identifying and reporting time-sensitive inbound client emails to senior management to ensure they are addressed promptly. This role will provide you with a 360-degree view of the organization, offering invaluable insights into various departments and preparing you for future roles within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Work with client-facing employees across all departments and countries to ensure all external email communication is compliant, accurate, and professional.
  • Learn and stay up to date with national and international regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with managers to recognize and mitigate risks.
  • Review and summarize client responses for senior management to measure client sentiment.
  • Identify and report time-sensitive inbound client emails to senior management to ensure they are addressed promptly.
  • Gain exposure to various departments to prepare for future roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately check for errors and inaccuracies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
