About the position

The Quality Assurance Administrator at Stretch Forming Corp is responsible for managing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting both internal and external customers. This role involves documentation, data collection, and collaboration with quality technicians and engineers to maintain high-quality standards in aerospace manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Quality Assurance processes including corrective and preventative actions.
• Support compliance with aerospace industry regulations and standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001.
• Prepare document and certification packages prior to product shipping.
• Input inspection data according to customer requirements.
• Assist with internal and external quality audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Track and drive completion of non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics, preparing reports for management.
• Ensure all changes to processes and products undergo quality review and documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering on manufacturing instructions and configuration control.
• Support the calibration system for inspection and measuring instruments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in aerospace quality administration or related roles.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with ERP Systems such as JobBoss or Epicor.
