About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst II will support a healthcare client by conducting end-to-end testing and developing data models for the database platform. This role involves working with various levels of data abstraction and ensuring that data is accurately mapped and fit for end-user consumption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and gain approval of data models at various levels of abstraction (conceptual, logical, and physical)
• Develop data models and associated metadata for the respective database platform
• Perform source-to-target mapping of raw data to elements of enterprise data models
• Document source-to-target mapping of data in Bronze/Silver to data in EPD
• Assist with end-to-end testing
• Conduct process flow analysis
• Test data enrichment productions, such as ACG, SAS episode builders, etc.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• SQL experience
• Experience in leading projects
• Experience in source-to-target mapping of data
• Ability to analyze business problems/needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in technical skills and communication

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Optum software
• GCP, Agility, Python experience is a plus
• John Hopkins experience
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Experience in Healthcare or Health Insurance Industry
