About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst III at Great HealthWorks is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. This role involves reviewing requirements and technical documents, developing test strategies and plans, and executing various types of testing to identify and resolve issues. Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test strategies.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Prioritize and plan testing activities.
• Identify and report issues found during testing, then verify that issues are resolved.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, User Acceptance, Reliability, Stability, Compatibility, and Performance Testing.
• Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved.
• Compile and analyze statistical data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
• 2+ years of experience in API Testing.
• Experience implementing and working with Automation Frameworks.
• Software Development experience is preferred.
• Experience in Performance and Load Testing is preferred.
• QA Certification preferred (QAI, ISTQB or equivalent).
