About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in the Sustainable Home Lending Department by ensuring that software functionalities meet business requirements and comply with regulatory standards. This position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to test user stories, document outcomes, and provide advisory services on compliance matters. The analyst will also be responsible for tracking defects, managing regulatory reporting, and supporting audits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing of business requirements.
• Document and track software development defects and enhancements.
• Provide regulatory and compliance advisory services.
• Act as a liaison for external and internal examinations/audits.
• Manage member complaints, regulatory reporting, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in functional software testing and writing test scripts and use cases.
• 2-3 years of compliance/regulations experience associated with lending and support service operations.
• Experience in developing and implementing business plans and collaborating with business partners.
• Experience in establishing goals and metrics and monitoring performance to those goals.
• Experience in enforcing departmental policy and regulatory compliance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with using Salesforce.
