About the position

As a mainframe Quality Assurance Analyst at FIS Global, you will play a crucial role in testing and refining fintech products that revolutionize payment, banking, and investment processes. This position focuses on establishing compliance processes and implementing a quality maturity roadmap across various IT functional areas, ensuring high standards of quality assurance in the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing progress with IT leadership, technical teams, and internal customers.
• Monitoring, evaluating, managing, and executing audit processes.
• Providing subject matter expertise to IT teams on quality assurance methodologies.
• Making recommendations for improvements to the software development process.
• Designing and monitoring a performance metrics program for quality improvement.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems lifecycle development methodologies as well as quality management and improvement.
• A background with financial services industry practices, regulations, and processes.
• Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technologies.
• A bachelor's in computer science, information systems, business administration, or other related discipline, or equivalent experience.
