About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of systems within the organization. This position involves managing QA projects, creating test strategies, and executing test plans. The analyst will also coordinate with offshore teams and manage test progress while providing metrics and reports to stakeholders.

• Execute tests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for testing activities.

• Generate metrics and reports on testing outcomes.
• Oversee TDM and environment management.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in evaluating systems for compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., OFAC, FINRA, FATF, BSA, FED WIRE).
• Experience in performing risk-based testing to assess the effectiveness of fraud detection and sanctions screening tools.
• Proven ability to test and ensure compliance with audit reporting.
• Exposure to applications such as Bridger (LexisNexis), Fraud & Sanctions, FIRCO (Fraud Monitoring for sanction screening), and AML.
• Experience in monitoring transaction monitoring systems and alert management systems for potential risks.
• 5-6 years of experience in test strategy creation, test planning, test design, and execution.
• 5-6 years of experience in offshore coordination and test progress management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate metrics and reports.
• Experience in stakeholder management and vendor management.
