About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for executing both manual and automated test cases as part of system and integration testing for a software development firm. This role involves troubleshooting production issues related to trading systems and developing test cases and automation scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of the Execution Management System (EMS) and its Dashboard module.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automation test cases for system and integration testing.
• Record testing results using JIRA and Test Link.
• Provide day-to-day production support and troubleshoot issues related to trading systems and market data.
• Design and develop test cases and automation scripts in C++ and C# using Visual Studio IDE.
• Develop and maintain the Automation Test Framework and Automated Test Scripts for smoke and regression testing.
• Create Rules in C++ for AutoIt Test scripts to automate GUI operations.
• Perform Functional, Security, and Regression testing of the EMS Dashboard module.

Requirements

• Experience in executing manual and automated test cases.
• Proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, Shell Script, and Perl.
• Experience with JIRA and Test Link for test case management.
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and coding standards.
• Experience in developing test cases and automation scripts for regression testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with Python for automation testing.
• Experience with GUI testing and automation tools.
• Knowledge of trading systems and market data.
