About the position

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a crucial role in the Sustainable Home Lending Department by ensuring that business processes and software applications comply with internal and external regulations. This position involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to test user stories, document software functionality, and provide regulatory compliance advisory services. The analyst will also be responsible for monitoring business processes to align with Credit Human's social vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing of business requirements.
• Document and track software development defects and enhancements.
• Provide regulatory and compliance advisory services.
• Act as a liaison for external and internal examinations/audits.
• Manage member complaints, regulatory reporting, and dashboards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in functional software testing and writing test scripts and use cases.
• 2-3 years of compliance/regulations experience associated with lending and support service operations.
• Experience developing and implementing business plans and collaborating with business partners.
• Experience establishing goals and metrics and monitoring performance to those goals.
• Experience in enforcing departmental policy and regulatory compliance.

• Experience with using Salesforce.
