About the position

The Quality Assurance (QA) Associate position at High-Tech Conversions (HTC), a division of The Tranzonic Companies, involves ensuring compliance with quality standards in the cleanroom industry. The role focuses on quality control and testing within the Enfield facilities, supporting production processes, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Aid in start-up activities to ensure compliance with high standards of Quality Assurance.
• Work with production to ensure cGMP policies and procedures follow SOP guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Review and maintain batch records, operational logs, SOPs, validation and qualification protocols, releases, and quality reports.
• Initiate, review, and follow up on nonconformance's, change controls, deviations, and CAPAs to ensure timely processing and closing.
• Ensure a controlled, compliant, standardized, and timely completion of all Quality processes and procedures.
• Monitor operations and communicate deviations and potential improvements to Quality and Production Management.
• Support production in two-party verification processes, including lot number verification and cleaning verification, label, and product controls.
• Support production in preventative maintenance and calibration measures.
• Take samples for Quality Analysis and release.
• Assist with all physical releases of both batches and finished goods as required.
• Perform other duties of the quality department and quality control checks as required.
• Contribute to ideas for process improvement and compliance updates.
• Potential to learn lab procedures and methods and perform testing as required.
• Potential to operate various laboratory instruments in performing compliance, quantitative, and analytical measurements.
