Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for hardware engineering projects.
  • Conduct inspections and tests on hardware components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities and findings.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, manufacturing, production, or industrial engineering.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
