About the position

The Quality Assurance & HMIS Analyst at Family Endeavors Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring that services provided to clients are timely, complete, documented, and compliant with related contracts and policies. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of service delivery, particularly in the context of domestic violence programs. The analyst will assist in the development and implementation of a contract compliance system that reviews the delivery of services, ensuring that all operations align with established policies and contractual obligations. In this role, the analyst will provide training and support regarding policies and contracts to all locations, ensuring that staff are well-informed and compliant. Regular audits of case files will be conducted to verify adherence to program standards. The analyst will also manage the electronic file system, collaborating with other domestic violence locations to ensure effective data management and reporting. This includes assisting in the development of electronic file software systems, providing user support, and running data quality reports to maintain compliance with client files. The position requires ongoing communication with the support team and the Program Director to analyze trends and compile recommendations for training and policy adjustments to address any negative trends. Continuous professional development is emphasized, with opportunities for webinars, formal training, and conferences to maintain competence in the financial/data field and quality assurance duties. The analyst is expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service, prioritizing the needs of clients and program participants to support the mission of empowering individuals to build better lives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a contract compliance system to review delivery of services.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with related contracts and policies.
  • Provide Policy and Contract training and support to all locations.
  • Audit case files to ensure compliance with the Program.
  • Manage electronic file system as needed from other domestic violence (DV) locations.
  • Assist with the development of electronic file software system such as reporting, user training, and data management.
  • Run data quality reports to assist Program in maintaining compliance with client files.
  • Assist with maintenance of grant forms and updates.
  • Provide User support for electronic file software to all locations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with support team for all domestic violence (DV) program locations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Program Director to analyze trends and compile training and policy recommendations to address negative trends.
  • Ensure competence is maintained in the financial/data field and in quality assurance duties through webinars, formal training, and conferences.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by placing the child, family, Program participant, or client first.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a heavy customer service focused environment.
  • 1-2 years' experience in cloud-based electronic file software preferable.
  • Experience in administrative support, office management, quality assurance, compliance, or similar types of experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or HMIS is a plus.
  • Experience in working with Excel spreadsheets is preferable.
  • Driver's License with a clear record is required.
  • LPC, LCDC, or LMSW preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with domestic violence programs is beneficial.
