As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Philadelphia, PA, Kansas City, KS, Cincinnati, OH or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. Operating in a global delivery model, this role brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s). You will lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. This includes coordinating test strategy, scripting, and defect resolution. You will ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle. As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation, and upkeep of test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products. You will also be responsible for developing meaningful management metrics that help gauge project health, identifying trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release. Responsibilities

  • Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work.

Requirements

  • Strong automation testing background
  • Extensive understanding of automation tools and frameworks
  • Experience with Jira, XRAY, and Confluence
  • Coding/Developer experience preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
