About the position

The Quality Assurance Manager at Carbliss is responsible for ensuring that every beverage produced meets the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory compliance for beverage production.
• Respond promptly to consumer product quality concerns.
• Foster a culture of innovation and quality within the team.
• Ensure that all drinks meet the highest quality standards.
• Utilize Quality Management Systems and Regulatory Affairs knowledge.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and Regulatory Affairs.
• Proficiency in ERP, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet software.
• Well-rounded knowledge of CPG manufacturing.
• Experience with Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies.
• Analytical skills and solid decision-making abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse and transportation management systems.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in beverage production or quality assurance in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of consumer product quality standards.
