The Quality Assurance Specialist at Hudson Research Partners LLC is a newly created role within a growing Quality Assurance team. The specialist will play a crucial role in supporting quality initiatives and ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the quality assurance team.
- Process quality documents including Sales Specifications and certificates of analyses (COA).
- Manage department administrative tasks such as email management, record keeping, and electronic file maintenance.
- Participate in process reviews, internal audits, and quality investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Environmental Science preferred).
- Prior experience working with Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with ISO and industry regulations (ISO 9001:2015 preferred).
- Familiarity with quality control data, with a strong plus for chromatographic data.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Adobe, Publisher, and Visio.
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills, strong organizational skills, and time management.
