About the position

The Quality Assurance Test Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting ERP go-live initiatives within the North America transportation team. This position involves executing operational systems support and data cleansing activities, ensuring business continuity, and fostering relationships with internal partners. The analyst will be responsible for leading key projects and providing operational support during the SEC project deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP go-live hyper care support initiatives in the North America transportation team.
• Execute operational systems support and data cleansing activities.
• Play an active role in SEC project deployment and business continuity.
• Engage with business partners and foster key relationships with internal teams including trade and transportation operational and tech teams, analytics, and product flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education experience and training.
• Relevant work experience in systems support or operations.
• SAP experience (PO, SO, ASN).
• Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Excel.
• Root cause analysis savvy with data; capable of handling manual work involving large volumes of documents.
• Ability to identify the root cause of systemic and operational issues and implement solutions.
• Effective communication skills with peers and leadership.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with integrated supply chain management and ERP systems is preferred.
