Responsibilities

• Inspect inbound products to verify compliance with Tech Packs standards and measurements.
• Verify the appearance of products and identify potential defects.
• Perform audits at various internal checkpoints such as picking or put wall.
• Assist with print shop audits as necessary.
• Audit outbound orders from packing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Identify consistent concerns during the outbound audit process.
• Detect incorrect labels that may require relabeling.
• Look for opportunities to optimize carton sizes suggested by the WMS.
• Notify the Quality Clerk or Manager of quality concerns beyond normal errors.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve quality by providing examples of packing errors.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in an operations/warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanners.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to use web-based applications.
• Ability to understand, take, and follow directions effectively.
• Problem-solving skills according to standard operating procedures.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
