About the position

The Quality Business Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of the Quality Organization's Business Operations. This role involves managing a team of Operations Specialists and reporting directly to the Chief Quality Officer. The position emphasizes project management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations, focusing on quality and office management.
• Lead administrative projects from definition to completion, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Prepare and present executive-level presentations tailored to the audience.
• Monitor project milestones, budgets, and schedules, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
• Track business results through cost-benefit analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Conduct training and mentoring for team members, while facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other position related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business or Technical Related Field.
• Minimum of 15 years of industry experience with strong foundation in project management, organization and communications.
• Experience in working and developing projects requiring finance principles.
• Demonstrated technical problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships internally and externally.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Experience in continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing.
• Shainin Red X or Six Sigma Certification.
• Experience with Advanced Quality Planning and Control Plans, FMEA, Production Part Approval Process, MSA, and SPC.
• Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing pillar methodology and implementation.
• Extensive knowledge in Data Analytics utilizing MS Excel, MS Access or other database applications.
