About the position

The position involves overseeing the qualification reviews of ECI products to ensure that customer orders meet chemical specifications. The role focuses on continuous improvement of the qualification process, validation of chemical packages, and documentation verification. It requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting analytical instruments and mixing chemicals according to specifications, ensuring compliance with customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification reviews of all ECI products to ensure successful process qualification of customer orders.
• Continuously improve and update the qualification process review checklist.
• Preview and validate all chemical packages and qualification data.
• Escalate information decisions to the manager if data does not pass qualification requirements.
• Create deviation reports for approval.
• Follow qualification plans and pre/post procedures.
• Review, complete, and verify documentation for chemical specifications, communicating revisions and changes.
• Review installation packages and documentation related to upgrade projects from a process perspective.
• Conduct configuration of systems based on specific chemistry requirements.
• Ensure issues are resolved and documentation is corrected.
• Qualify systems according to customer specifications.
• Ensure systems meet quality requirements set by customers.
• Mix chemicals according to specifications to qualify the systems.

Requirements

• Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree with 2+ years of related work experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting analytical instruments using hand-tools if required.
• Experience in mixing chemicals according to specifications with varying levels of volumes and dilutions.
• Familiarity with engineering schematics and analytical chemistry principles.
• Knowledge of using SDS/MSDS, OSHA safety standards, and safe lab practices.
