About the position

The Quality Compliance Specialist at STS Manufacturing is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, particularly ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001. This role involves acting as a resource for suppliers and customers regarding standards compliance, assisting the Quality Manager in improving quality processes, and conducting internal audits to monitor corrective actions. The position requires a blend of quality control expertise and data analysis skills, with a focus on the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for suppliers and customers on standards compliance with ISO/TS16949 and customer-specific requirements.
• Assist the Quality Manager in identifying and implementing ways to improve quality.
• Conduct internal audit functions and monitor the corrective action process, documenting results of audits for management review.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent field preferred.
• 2-5 years of quality and automotive experience preferred.
• Experience with auditing ISO/TS-16949 and ISO-14001 standards.
• Proficiency in quality control and data analysis.
• Experience with the PPAP process.
• Basic computer skills.
