About the position

The Quality Control Analyst I at Cepheid is responsible for conducting finished product testing in compliance with GMP standards and FDA/ISO regulations. This role offers the opportunity to learn new laboratory skills, engage in efficiency projects, and pursue growth within the quality control department. The position is part of a team dedicated to improving health care through innovative diagnostic testing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document laboratory testing of finished products according to established procedures.
• Conduct data analysis in line with product specifications and established methods.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for QC processes and laboratory environments.

Requirements

• High School Degree (or equivalent) with 1+ years of related work experience, or an AA/Technical Trade Degree with 1 year of work experience.
• Ability to work in a high-throughput, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience handling biological and chemical materials.
• Experience working in a GMP compliance environment.
