About the position

The QC Chemical Lab Analyst position at PCCA involves evaluating the quality and safety of raw ingredients used in compounded medications. Responsibilities

• Conduct lab analysis and testing of raw ingredients.
• Perform data entry and documentation review.
• Handle customer complaints via calls or emails.
• Investigate and troubleshoot lab equipment issues.
• Communicate with vendors and interdepartmental groups.

Requirements

• 2 years of lab experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload.
