About the position

The Construction Quality Control Coordinator will join RQC, LLC's Field Operations team, focusing on quality control for projects at an active military base in King's Bay, Georgia. This role involves managing project-specific quality control programs, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction, all while supporting the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Administer project-specific quality control programs.
• Assist in start-up and close-out procedures for projects.
• Assess and audit quality control program compliance.
• Monitor project quality control performance.
• Cultivate customer satisfaction with clients.

Requirements

• A BA/BS degree.
• Two or more years of experience in the commercial construction industry, including roles such as Project Engineer or QC.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate and RMS/QCS training preferred.
• Experience as QCM/Alt QCM preferred.
• CRP, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training can be provided).
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Internet required.
• Specific software literacy in Oracle and RMS/QCS preferred.
