About the position

The Quality Control (QC) Entry Level position at Talke USA Inc involves inspecting palletized products in a production warehouse. The QC is responsible for identifying and reporting any incorrectly made products and ensuring they are repaired before being placed in prime bin locations. This role requires working in various environmental conditions and performing physical tasks related to quality control activities.

Responsibilities

• Inspect palletized products in the production warehouse.
• Report all incorrectly made products and create a path for repair.
• Handle finished products and perform quality control activities.
• Manage scrap and exception handling.
• Assist in repairing pallets with quality issues.
• Ensure a clean workspace and perform housekeeping activities.
• Support P&S Operations in checking all pallets for quality issues prior to offload.
• Report anomalies to management/inventory at the end of the shift.
• Train Short Service Workers.
• Participate in all LPS activities.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
• Stable work history with good references from past employers.
• Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English; good hearing and vision required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check.
