About The Position
Element Chemicals is a leading chemical manufacturing company, known for our commitment to quality and innovation. We specialize in reaction and blending of specialty chemicals and pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Coalition is seeking a full-time Quality Control Supervisor in our manufacturing plant's Quality Control Laboratory. They will play a key role in the analytical evaluation and testing of chemical products and raw materials. This role ensures consistent product quality through routine and non-routine testing, maintaining detailed laboratory records, and supporting compliance with ongoing quality and safety standards. In addition, supporting Operators and Lab Technicians, managing sample flow, and contributing to continuous improvement in lab operations will be key requirements for this role.
