Responsibilities

• Translate from English to Spanish to update/create Work Instructions, inspection test plans, & procedures both written and video.
• Document Control within the computer system.
• Maintain clear and concise data collection systems.
• Process verifications.
• Work from and follow written inspection procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• Continuous Improvement.

Requirements

• A minimum of a 2-year degree or equivalent education/experience plus a minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Bilingual from English to Spanish.
• Excellent bi-lingual written, organizational, and verbal skills.
• Goal oriented with the ability to set, reach, and exceed goals.
• Creative and persistent problem solver with excellent analytical and thinking skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent time management and planning skills.
• Positive interpersonal skills with flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Epicor (ERP system).
