About the position

The Quality Engineer specializing in Cloud Application Services at Insight Global is responsible for developing, modifying, applying, and maintaining quality standards and processes for Technical Services. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure that quality standards are effectively implemented in operational environments, primarily supporting cloud products for medical device companies. The position requires on-site work four days a week in Lake Forest, California.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain quality standards and processes for Technical Services.
• Collaborate with Global Technical Service, Field Service, Cloud Operations, and Digital Health teams to ensure quality standards are applied in operational environments.
• Support the quality assurance of cloud products for medical device companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering within a GMP industry, preferably in medical devices or healthcare.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in the medical device industry, including FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or cloud infrastructure management.
• Proficient in software release deployment and MS Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint, and MS Project.
