About the position

The Quality Engineer I position at Akkodis involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborating with area teams to execute continuous quality improvement programs, including vendor certification, process control, and quality system enhancements.
• Assisting in maintaining regulatory compliance, conducting new hire orientation training, and supporting internal and external audits.
• Leading the review, disposition, and corrective actions for discrepant components, materials, and finished products.
• Ensuring accurate and timely quality reporting, including trend analysis and corrective action documentation.
• Reviewing and analyzing internal audits, CAPA activities, materials, and complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably within the medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
• Proficiency in implementing and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and internal audits.
