About The Position

The Quality Engineer II position at General Mills is responsible for leading food safety and quality initiatives within the Pet & Snacks platforms at the Pilot Plant. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Food Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related Food Safety and Quality experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to experiment, assess risks, and make data-based recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams.

• Plant Quality Engineer or manufacturing experience (or equivalent).
