Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and customer-related issues.
• Assist and direct immediate containment actions in response to customer complaints or internal issues.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to focus the manufacturing team on critical quality topics to achieve business unit strategic goals.
• Facilitate required customer certifications and lead small teams to meet quality objectives.
• Assist in internal process audits and help facilitate corrective and preventive actions for findings.
• Curate customer complaint-related data from the database.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in hydraulic manufacturing engineering.
• Master's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering; or a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering plus 2 years of experience in quality engineering.
