Responsibilities
- Assess compliance of parts by comparing to drawings and requirements
- Participate in root cause investigations and take corrective actions
- Work on real issues that arise on the manufacturing floor
- Conduct data analysis and metrics
- Perform Quality Assurance Visual Mechanical Inspection
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering
- Participate and interact with other interns in sector-wide activities
- Develop understanding of BAE Systems Quality Management System
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a technical field with an expected graduation in 2026
- Fields of study include Hardware Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Software Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, Mathematics, Physics, Information Systems, and Quality Management
