The Quality Governance Specialist will play a crucial role in the development, support, and continuous improvement of fairlife's Quality Management System (QMS). This position is essential for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, Coca-Cola KORE requirements, and third-party requirements related to quality and food safety. The Quality Governance Specialist will coordinate site quality programs and ensure the standardization of best practices across manufacturing sites in alignment with fairlife's QMS requirements. This role involves oversight of all fairlife facilities' Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) programs, ensuring their completion and effectiveness. The specialist will also serve as an administrator for the Quality Management Software, ETQ, standardizing documents and quality requirements across manufacturing locations. Training employees in the use of fairlife's QMS software and practices is a key responsibility, as is working with Research and Development to ensure product specifications are current. In addition, the Quality Governance Specialist will fulfill documentation requests from customers to maintain compliance, conduct internal audits for quality and food safety requirements, and perform risk assessments related to the QMS and Food Safety Management System (FSMS). This position will support adherence to Coca-Cola KORE requirements and lead projects aimed at continuously improving fairlife's Quality and Food Safety Management Systems. Collaboration with site Environmental, Health, and Safety teams will be necessary to enable integrated management systems, ensuring that all quality and food safety standards are met effectively.
