About The Position
The Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist at UCSF Health is responsible for supporting the Quality Improvement department activities across the UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals (BCH) in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves collaborating with QI Advisors on various quality improvement projects, utilizing QI tools and methods, analyzing data, and facilitating meetings. The QI Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care provided to patients by engaging with both internal and external stakeholders and contributing to the execution of department workflows.
