About The Position

TTM Technologies is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join their team in Stafford, CT. This role involves operating production equipment and performing various tasks to ensure the quality of printed circuit boards, particularly for military and aerospace applications. The position emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and teamwork, with comprehensive training provided for new employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Good work ethic, dependable, reliable, and respectful.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) and mathematical skills.
• Good reading vision, color discrimination, and depth perception.
• Ability to perform routine tasks and adapt to a changing environment.
• Ability to work up to 10 hours a day and be flexible with overtime.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, leaning, sitting, and standing for the entire shift.
• Ability to safely work with chemical, physical, or biological agents.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains quality production and records quality data.
• Reads and understands blueprints, artwork, and panel identification.
• Cross trains on operations within multiple areas.
• Helps the area meet all safety and production goals.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Reports all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Utilizes required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participates fully in safety training and understands Job Safety Analysis (JSA), PPE Assessments, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
