About the position

The successful applicant will work under the supervision of the Quality Manager, playing a crucial role in ensuring compliance with client standards through technical inspections. The primary focus will be on the maintenance work performed by our personnel, subcontractor maintenance suppliers, and facilities. This includes conducting thorough inspections of turbines, photovoltaic (PV) modules, or batteries, depending on the type of site, which will constitute approximately 80% of the time spent on inspections. Additionally, the role involves inspecting substations and performing general site inspections, including the Operations and Maintenance (OM) building and warehouse. The inspector will utilize checklists to conduct these inspections and will be responsible for making recommendations to enhance the quality of the inspections performed. The inspector will also be tasked with compiling findings reports and utilizing various applications and web tools to document inspection results. A key aspect of the role is to foster a culture of quality among technicians by sharing inspection findings and providing explanations of the results. The inspector will support technical quality audits of electrical power generating plants, specifically wind and photovoltaic facilities, in accordance with client standards and internal ISO and Q audits. Responsibilities will also include detecting and administering non-conformities, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and following through on non-conformance reports (NCR) using Enablon software. The inspector will support both internal and external audits, including combined audits for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
