About the position

The Quality Inspector Senior position at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) involves inspecting electromechanical products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications. The role requires the use of various inspection tools and systems to document results and collaborate with engineering teams to address non-conformances. This position is critical in supporting national security efforts through quality assurance in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to established work instructions and industry standards.
• Utilize low/high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools for inspections.
• Enter inspection results into Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
• Collaborate with engineering to report and detail non-conformances.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain at least an Interim Secret clearance prior to starting, which requires U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to follow work instructions.
