About the position
The Quality Inspector role at Syntech Development and Manufacturing Inc. involves inspecting medical injection molded parts and ensuring product quality through various measurement techniques. Responsibilities
- Perform hourly inspections at multiple work stations in the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings.
- Utilize optical measurement tools for quality assessment.
- Create and utilize MSEXCEL spreadsheets for data recording.
- Ensure compliance with ISO13485 standards during inspections.
- Inspect injection molded parts and assist in product assembly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in quality inspection preferred.
- Experience with injection molding parts inspection is preferred.
- Firm understanding of ISO13485 standards is helpful.
- Experience with Gage R&R is helpful.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Familiarity with various measurement techniques and tools.
