About the position
As a Quality Management Specialist at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all regulatory and funding agencies. Your responsibilities will include conducting and tracking internal investigations related to abuse and other care-related issues. You will assist the Director of Quality Management by coordinating QM activities for both the Center and Corporate offices. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison with Corporate QM personnel, regulatory agencies, families, and Center personnel regarding regulatory, Risk Management, and satisfaction issues. Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with all regulatory and funding agencies.
- Conduct and track internal investigations regarding abuse and care-related issues.
- Assist the Director of Quality Management in coordinating QM activities for the Center and Corporate offices.
- Serve as a liaison with Corporate QM personnel, regulatory agencies, families, and Center personnel regarding regulatory, Risk Management, and satisfaction issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Services, Health Care, Social Services, or related field.
- Knowledge of all standards, Best Practices, policies, procedures, and regulations for Devereux and applicable government agencies.
- Computer skills including word processing and Database Management systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility in scheduling.
- Valid driver's license and must be at least 21 years of age.
