About the position

The Quality Optimization Analyst at ParkMobile is responsible for analyzing, validating, and documenting parking zone and rate structures to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate pricing and rate structures, identifying discrepancies, and recommending improvements to the rate configuration processes. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of ParkMobile's services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and document parking zone and rate structures.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
• Monitor and review zone and rate configurations for accurate implementation.
• Maintain proactive communication with ParkMobile clients as needed.
• Review completed tickets/change requests for accuracy and score them using an established QA rubric.
• Identify areas of need for additional team training in collaboration with Client Services leadership.
• Troubleshoot rate-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports and insights for continuous improvement.
• Develop and document procedures and guidelines for zone and rate structure management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least two years of professional work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver committed to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage your own work day effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
