Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers using strong communication skills
  • Analyze past, present, and future quality data to find patterns
  • Work with internal departments and external customers to prioritize repairs
  • Review and resolve open purchase order differences and problems
  • Ensure accuracy of work orders and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Use and update internal ERP system and online customer systems
  • Collaborate with the purchasing department on expedited orders of raw material and outside service operations when dealing with scrap and replacement orders
  • Create and analyze graphs and tables using Excel for management
  • Work with the Purchasing and Sales departments to recover credits from material issues

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in Sales
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills
